Standard Four Panel Victorian/Edwardian
doors |
This is the
most common style of door, popular from the late
Georgian era (1820's) to the end of the Edwardian
era (1918). The details vary as the mouldings on the
panels can be different. Some doors will have the
mouldings on both sides, some on one side and some
with no mouldings at all. |
The
pine used to make these doors is normally of a very
high quality & is enhanced by sanding & waxing. If
required we can fully refurbish doors prior to dispatch,
refurbishment involves filling of all lock holes and hinge
cuttings, carrying out any minor repairs if necessary then
sand and wax to your chosen finish. |
